Compassionate, human connection in a time of vulnerability

I just wanted to express my gratitude for your organization's help during a very vulnerable and scary time in life.

My experience happened over the holidays and I felt quite alone as I called the different clinics I was able to google and found the wait times were too long because of the holiday break.

When I got connected with your access line person, I finally felt like I wasn't completely isolated and I was speaking to a human. They were sweet, warm, sensitive, and professional.

My situation was unique in that I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do, and they helped me with a list of places to call but also with what the experience was going to be like without telling me what I should or shouldn't do.

I wish you all only the absolute best and hope that this service can continue - you are making an incredible difference and it matters. Thank you <3
